Delivery Terms

Root Beer Kegs LLC delivery terms:

a) If no one is available to receive your order, you authorize us to leave the keg on your porch, loading dock, or any location you indicated. Deliveries to apartments and dorms MUST go through an office such as a mail or package center.
b) Root Beer Kegs LLC is not responsible for any equipment malfunctions, personal injury, or property damage resulting from proper or improper use of the kegs.
c) We are not responsible for your order once it is delivered.
d) There is an additional $20 fee to pickup the used kegs. This will be subtracted from your keg deposit refuned, and you are ok with that.
e) We will cancel your order if undeliverable to your location by the time you indicated. If your order is cancelled, you will be fully refunded the price of the keg(s) and deposit(s). You will not be refunded the delivery fee if the delivery fails due to your error.
f) If the keg is not returned within 40 days, you will lose 20% of your deposit, and 33% after 60 days).
g) If you arrange a pickup, but fail to produce the keg(s) at time of scheduled pickup, you will be charged an additional $20 fee to reschedule.
h) You agree to the inherent awesomeness of root beer kegs. You understand that you may be happier because of this service.
